2013年4月28日 星期日錢建榮："國家為人民而存在，不是人民為國家而存在，人權永遠是最重要的基礎，要對國家保有一定程度的警戒。法官就可以在個案裡面去做解釋、作法條無效的宣告，為什麼什麼事情都要到大法官去做解釋？...我一直覺得我們對違章建築這個詞彙的用法，已經是對他們的一種汙名化，他們某個程度其實不是自力救濟在解決早期政府拿不出來的住房政策嗎？
